I had the guys do a bed swap, taking a queen bed downstairs and out to my sleepout, and the double bed from there upstairs. They were efficient and did the job expertly!!Thank you Karan and team!

Smart Express are fantastic! I found them online and they were very good to deal with. Excellent communication and excellent service. Karan and Perry were brilliant. They were able to do the move earlier than scheduled and were very efficient. No job was too hard for them and they were pleasant throughout. I would absolutely use these guys again and I would 100% recommend them to anyone else!

Parry and karan were amazing. I wasn’t fully packed when they arrived and they worked around the chaos in my flat to pack the truck and then my storage unit in great time, carefully. 100% recommend to anyone else.Thanks guys I really appreciated your service and help

I have never used movers before but OMG Karam & Perrywhere awesome. I had marked all my boxes with their locations thinking it would be easier for me to find things – didn’t realise the boys would use these to place boxes in correct rooms. What a godsend!! These two were a fantastic team, strong capable professional and just an absolute joy to work with!! Thanks guys. Good luck in the future and I highly recommend them!! Cheers

I recently moved houses, and Karan and Perry made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Jatinder and shamsher did job as quoted by insurance company, original scope changed by insurance and we were not informed – we’re expecting a truck to store furniture in but new quote didn’t include and we were not updated.

These guys were brilliant. Considerate, polite, professional, and amazing at filling a truck. Not an inch was wasted. Our precious furniture and artwork was in safe hands and arrived as it had left, 153km away. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. These guys went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the two gentlemen who helped move our 3 bedroom house worth of stuff! Dilpreet and Karamveer were awesome. They let us know when they were on the way, and they continued to work for the whole 2.5 hours. They were very careful with our things and delivered everything safe and sound to our new location. They take their sweet time moving. It cost 790 NZD (roughly 3 hours) in total to move 1 fridge, 1 tall boy, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and some boxes. Mind you, everything was packed and ready to go.Their estimated arrival time was between 12pm to 2pm (so they asked for a 2-hour window to arrive), and they arrived at 1:45pm after another job. So the movers were tired and unmotivated.Professional and expert? I think not. Two movers came, and one of the movers was new. So he was slow, and he waited around until the other guy instructed him what to do.Maybe it’s because we are two single ladies from abroad, but they definitely took their sweet time.If I were to move next time, I would look for a moving company that charges per job, not hourly. That was the lesson I learned.
